$2.2 Billion Sauna Market Potential in North America
"We estimate that the Sauna and Spa market in North America alone, with aggressive development of DTC, has the potential to be at least $500 million annually in size by 2027, and over $2.2 billion cumulatively over five years from 2024-2028 for new installations. This estimate is for hardware alone and does not include the type of DTC subscription-based, digitally-focused content we envision which would be collateral to the consumer’s sauna experience. Additionally, these figures will grow considerably once demand for replacement hardware begins to take hold as new hardware components begin to age over time, which we have not included in our estimate. With this forecast, we argue that current LIP’s are significantly underperforming versus the actual market potential."
