Jari has 20+ years of professional experience from marketing, sales and strategic business development with the focus on DTC programs having extensive data requirements. During his career he has led DTC operations in US and across Europe. He has been quoted as being numbers driven and having a “laser-eye on ROI.”

Evan brings over 30+ years of experience in leading both quantitative analytics and market research teams as well as the development and management of digital platforms across the not-for-profit environment in North America.

Neeraj has over 20 years of experience in the field of Analytics, CRM, Media, Digital Marketing and Business Strategy. Extensive experience in working with major Fortune 100 clients over the entire analytic project life-cycle.

Kevin brings 30+ years of in-depth experience from operational marketing and sales leadership in DTC omni-channel environments in North America. Commented as being a truly inspirational leader by his co-workers and colleagues, Kevin has left a long-lasting legacy for the companies he has worked with.

Andy has 30+ years of experience from retail and franchise development in North America. He is an accomplished retail and consumer products C-level executive and has an outstanding record of achievement in multi-billion-dollar companies as well as start-up businesses.

Known as “Mayur” he brings in excess of 25 years of market research (primary and secondary) experience for our clients. During his research career Mayur has worked with marquee brands such as; BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Verizon, Abbott and USPS. He also hands-on directs the highly respected TIPP Poll for Investor’s Business Daily in North America.

Tiia has 15+ years of research experience with focus on secondary research. Her special interest is on various behavioral studies and producing industry analyses. In addition to research work across industry verticals Tiia focuses on client case project management and coordination.

Yanina is a dynamic business development leader with focus in establishing new partnerships incl. BPO in Bulgaria. She has hands-on experience in each facet of the FMCG business – launching new products and managing distribution network on a regional and Pan-European level. She has expertise in sales, marketing, negotiations, customer retention.

Paul has excess of 30 years of experience from various corporate roles and management consulting combined in APAC and Oceania region. During his career he has held key roles at Oliver Wyman and A.T. Kearney in Australia and Singapore, and led significant P&Ls in retail and health sectors. Paul brings extensive experience from business operations and strategic planning combined with in-depth cultural understanding across markets in APAC and Oceania regions.

Stoyan has 15+ years of experience in management consulting in CEE region. He has successfully implemented sustainable business models in Bulgaria and other CEE countries. Stoyan brings extensive experience in helping businesses to improve their performance by going international and establishing new partnerships.
